You will start with a free 20-minute consultation to get to know you and understand more about what you are experiencing.

Hypnotherapy sessions last from 1.5 – 2 hours. It can be done online via Zoom or in person.

During the session, you will be induced into a hypnotic state. You will enter a calm, meditative state under the therapist’s guidance to uncover and address the root of an issue, behavior, or emotional stress/anxiety/depression. You will interact with the therapist to investigate possible past events and how it impacted you. This is done quickly.

Like a detective, the therapist will pinpoint and tackle the root causes of limiting beliefs, behaviors, or emotions.

Then they will interrupt the limiting beliefs and reprogram your mind using a transformation process customized just for you, freeing you to gain crucial personal insights that empower transformative growth. You will receive your own personalized recording of the transformation to listen to for 21 days.

This will enhance greater self-worth, concentration, confidence, and freedom from stress, fear, anxiety, or compulsive behaviors.
